For the second consecutive year, Alec Ingold, Co-Captain of the Miami Dolphins and Owner of Inspired Athletics, is teaming up with the University of Wisconsin’s Badger Inquiry on Sport (BIOS) Research Laboratory to offer a Leaders and Captains Cohort course for NFL players. The course provides an opportunity to build leadership skills and prepare participants for life after football. All who complete the nine-week course will receive a leadership certificate from the BIOS Lab at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Players from ten different NFL teams earned leadership certificates as part of the Spring 2025 cohort. Our leadership program is approved by the NFL for full tuition reimbursement for participants.

This course is fully online and flexible to meet the needs of busy athletes. NFL players and legacy players can complete the course from wherever they are, at their own pace. We draw from the latest leadership research to build a rich discussion-based environment for building mastery in leadership and mindset.

BIOS is recognized as among the most innovative university-based leadership labs in the US. Inspired Athletics helps athletes combine passion and dedication to gain a new perspective to their athletic career. Together, Inspired Athletics and BIOS form a dynamic partnership that works with some of the highest potential leaders in the field of athletics.

Leadership matters.
